About the Role:
- Responsible for the complete lifecycle of assigned production equipment, including start-up, operation, change over, shut down, and routine preventative maintenance as prescribed by P.M. charts.
- Operate and monitor multiple processes on high-speed automated or semi-automated manufacturing equipment.
- Perform essential manual tasks such as loading and supplying production line items, reworking product, and loading conveyors.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition, strictly adhering to prescribed safety regulations.
- Ensure all required production and maintenance documentation is completed accurately and timely.
- Responsible for producing quality finished goods, proactively identifying, and eliminating non-conforming product.
- Receive and be responsive to frequent supervision and assistance with regard to machine set-up and operations.
- Complete all required tasks related to the effective and efficient operation of the assigned manufacturing area.
- Strictly adhere to company policies, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Responsibilities
~1 min read- Lifting/Moving: Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Movement: Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Vision: Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Minimum of 1 year of food/dietary supplement manufacturing experience.
- Training in general safety, electrostatic discharge awareness, foreign object damage awareness, and quality system awareness.
Nice to Have
