About the Role

Base pay starts at $17 an hour
Earn $2.00 more/hour for weekend shifts
Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays, as needed

Responsibilities

→Responsible for minor building maintenance repairs
→General warehouse cleaning and organizing
→General maintenance and preventive maintenance around the facility
→Vendor/contractor liaison work
→Responsible for keeping warehouse organized and cleaned
→Assisting with projects such as reconfiguring buildings, moving office space, and other light facilities functions
→Assist with the inventory and maintenance of existing furniture and equipment
→Assist with the set-up of meeting rooms: furniture, chairs, tables, projectors, easels, flip charts, white boards, etc.
→Required to operate various types of power equipment

Previous custodial experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility required (1-5 years)
Motivation, Innovation, Passion, Integrity, Teamwork, Customer-Focus.
General knowledge of hand tools
Strong organizational skills
Working knowledge of MS Office
Ability to handle multiple tasks
High School Diploma or Equivalent

Walk up to 5 miles a day
Stand, walk or sit for long periods of time
Crouch, kneel or crawl (occasionally)
Lift, push or pull up to 40 pounds
Be able to handle noisy conditions
