Autoplus Bodyshop is a newly established member of United Al Saqer Group, and its mission is to provide the best collision repair experience in the region. At Autoplus, our key objective is to provide and deliver an exceptional job for an excellent price. The Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact between customers and the service team, ensuring a personalized, premium-level experience by effectively managing service appointments, explaining technical information, and overseeing the timely delivery of service and repair work to the highest standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar Service Advisor role preferred

• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes

• Experience in dealership or multi-brand service environments preferred

• Proficiency in Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and service software

• Basic understanding of vehicle diagnostics and workshop operations

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Customer-focused mindset with ownership and accountability

• Adaptable and collaborative approach

• Result-driven with attention to service quality and timelines
