Workers' Compensation Deposition Attorney

Windsor Troy Law, LLP is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Deposition Attorney to support our expanding practice. This is a great opportunity for attorneys who want flexible work while developing skills in Workers’ Compensation law.

• →Handle case appearances, including status conferences and lien trials
• →Take and defend depositions
• →Manage discovery tasks and ensure compliance with deadlines
• →Coordinate with supervising attorneys and provide case status updates
• →Support trial preparation and related litigation tasks

• No prior Workers’ Compensation experience required (training provided)
• Litigation, deposition, or case management experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to new practice areas
