QA/QC Electrical Inspector

• →Conduct inspections of electrical installations and construction activities.
• →Verify installation of conduit, cable tray, raceways, supports, grounding systems, lighting systems, power distribution equipment, and associated electrical infrastructure.
• →Perform installation inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and project standards.
• →Review electrical construction documents, single-line diagrams, panel schedules, and specifications.
• →Verify material compliance and proper installation practices.
• →Witness continuity testing, insulation resistance testing, and basic electrical testing activities.
• →Review and process Notices of Examination (NOEs) in accordance with project quality procedures.
• →Document deficiencies and non-conforming work.
• →Assist with punch list generation and tracking.
• →Verify corrective actions have been completed.
• →Maintain electronic inspection records and documentation.
• →Participate in quality and coordination meetings.
• →Follow all company safety and site-specific requirements.
• →Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work in cleanroom or sub-fab environments.
• Willingness to work extended hours or weekends when required for testing or inspections.
• Must pass background checks, safety orientations, and site-specific training.
• Must comply with confidentiality and photography restrictions on the semiconductor site
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license. May be required to travel to other sites within Arizona to perform certain work functions.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of electrical construction, commissioning, QA/QC, inspection, or related experience.
• Commercial or industrial electrical experience required.
• Semiconductor, manufacturing, or data center experience preferred.

• Valid Arizona Driver's License.
• OSHA 10 Preferred.
• ICC Electrical Inspector certification preferred or ability to obtain within 24 months.
• NFPA 70E training preferred.

• Working knowledge of NEC (NFPA 70).
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical drawings.
• Knowledge of conduit, cable tray, and power distribution systems.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

• Maintain balance and coordination while moving materials or operating equipment.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments requiring frequent movement and manual labor.

• Exposure to dust, noise, vibration, and moving mechanical equipment.
• Indoor and/or outdoor work environments, which may include varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• Work in confined spaces, elevated areas, or active job sites, depending on project requirements.
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, and high-visibility vests.
• Interaction with powered industrial equipment, tools, and vehicles.
