- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, often in outdoor conditions.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
- Ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned region.
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions as needed.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to safely access active job sites and navigate uneven terrain.
