Spray Technician

United Land Services (ULS) is a leading full-service landscaping company, providing a comprehensive range of commercial landscape installation and maintenance services. Our expertise spans landscape design, maintenance, irrigation systems, hardscapes, and outdoor lighting. We proudly serve diverse properties, from single-family home developments to condominium complexes, commercial buildings, and shopping centers.

In this role you will operate a variety of application equipment to safely and effectively apply products while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will also inspect, maintain, and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.

• →Apply acid cleaners to hardscapes for rust remediation.
• →Maintain accurate application logs, including acreage treated and work performed.
• →Inspect, maintain, and calibrate application equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• →Follow all safety procedures by wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) and complying with company policies, local, state, and federal regulations.
• →Safely handle and store chemicals and application materials.
• →Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.

• At least 1 year of experience applying pesticides, fertilizers, or hardscape treatment products.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
• Ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned region.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions as needed.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to safely access active job sites and navigate uneven terrain.
