What You’ll Do:

• Travel to customer locations in a company-provided repair van.
• Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other consumer electronics.
• Provide professional, convenient in-home repair services.
• Educate customers on device protection options and support plans.
• Manage your daily schedule while delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Complete quality repairs efficiently and accurately.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, customer service, or retail.
• Comfort working independently in the field.
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices, hardware, and operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Great communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed.
