Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Behavioral Integration Specialist (BIS)

QUALIFICATIONS:

BIS:

• Master's degree in a clinical or treatment field of psychology, social work, school psychology, or applied psychology (as it relates to human development and clinical interventions), with documented training in assessment techniques and behavior support plan development; Or
• National board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA) or a NYS License as a Behavior Analyst (LBA); Or
• New York State license in mental health counseling (LMHC); And

Three years' experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, including development, implementation, and monitoring of behavior support plans; and/or providing supervision and training to others in the implementation of behavior support plans required.

LCSW:

Master's degree in Social Work and currently licensed as a New York State License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required. One year experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, including the development, implementation, and monitoring of behavior support plans required.

Additional:

Ability to work professionally with multiple service providers at multiple sites required. Proficiency with computers/computer systems, Microsoft Office applications, and electronic documentation systems required. Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Must be well organized and self-directed with ability to work in a changing environment, be flexible and make decisions while utilizing sound judgment and analytical problem-solving skills. Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, sound judgment, creativity, and ability to work collaboratively with employees and leadership. Valid NYS driver's license meeting organization requirements with ability to travel between locations as required.

Hours: Monday-Friday. No weekends or Holidays.
