Outpatient Pharmacist; 0.0FTE; Day/PM Shift

Shift: Monday-Friday: Hours between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM with weekends (8:45 AM - 4:45 PM) and holidays based on department needs

The Outpatient Pharmacist at Meriter will perform clinical and distributive tasks to ensure safe and efficient filling of patients’ prescriptions, smooth functioning of the Outpatient Pharmacy, and patient understanding of their medications. The pharmacist will perform additional clinical tasks to encourage the health and wellness of their patients and prevent/resolve suboptimal medication usage

• 1-3 years of experience as a retail pharmacist

• Current licensure as a pharmacist in the state of Wisconsin
• Certification for vaccine administration within 1 year of hire
