HR Business Partner

• →You’ve spent 5+ years doing broad HR work, with real depth in employee relations, recruiting, and coaching managers.
• →You understand the fundamentals across compensation, performance, employment law, organizational effectiveness, and the other pieces that come with owning the employee experience.
• →A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience. SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus, but neither matters more to us than great judgment, curiosity, and the ability to do the work well.
• →You communicate clearly, whether you’re coaching a leader, talking with an employee, documenting an investigation, or turning something complex into something people can actually understand.
• →You’re a strong problem solver. You gather the facts, recognize patterns, use the data, and make sound decisions even when the answer isn’t obvious.
• →You’re comfortable with Microsoft 365 and HR systems, and you’re open to AI, automation, and new technology that can help us work better.

This is an on-site role in Duluth, Georgia. The work is primarily performed in an office environment and includes regular sitting, standing, walking, communicating, and use of a computer.
