Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Eagle Engagement Center (EEC) is one of the main ways that UMW connects with our alumni, parents, and friends. It plays a very important role for the University: to connect positively with our constituents, ensure that we have their most up-to-date information, (such as address and email), so that they receive all of our event invites and campus updates. EEC also asks for their financial support to Mary Washington.

Hours are flexible based on student's class schedule. Must be available 6-8 hours per week between 9 am and 5 pm, Mondays-Thursdays. This is a great job to help boost your resume, build or strengthen telecommunication skills, connect with alumni, and provides a networking opportunity among our thousands of alumni, parents, and friends.

Required KSAs/Competencies/Qualifications

Computer skills, ability to speak English clearly and effectively, ability to record data accurately, and ability to communicate positively and accurately about UMW.
