Bakery Assistant

• $15.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
• 10 hours per week
• 100% Remote Work Availability: No
• Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

• →Will assist baker with daily production.
• →Help with cookie, bread and donuts, muffin and dessert production.
• →Pan up product, scale recipes and set-up carts for next day.
• →Maintain sanitation standards;
• →Help maintain storeroom
• →Follows proper handling and storage procedures in the serving and holding of food.
• →Cleans and sanitizes kitchen equipment correctly
• →Washes dishes
• →Other duties as assigned

• Ability to stand for 3–4 hours
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle and prepare meat products in a commercial kitchen
• Compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements including taking out jewelry and wearing a hairnet.
