OVERVIEW:


The Event Content Producer for the FIDF Western Region is responsible for the creation, management, and execution of all event content and on-stage programming across the region. This includes event narratives, scripts, run-of-show documents, speaker materials, and all supporting written and production content along with logistical and technical support as needed.

The role is central to shaping the donor experience by translating FIDF’s mission into clear, emotionally resonant programming that drives engagement, connection, and impact across events of all sizes.

This position is a key member of the Western Region team and reports directly to the Senior Director of the Western Region, working in close partnership with the Vice President, development teams, operations manager, chapter directors, and National and Israel Office partners to ensure seamless execution from concept development through live event delivery and post-event wrap-up.

ROLE OBJECTIVES + KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Event Content Development & Production:
  • Develop event concepts, themes, and programming in partnership with National, Chapter Directors, and key stakeholders.
  • Create all event content materials, including scripts, run-of-show documents, speaker transitions, stage cues, and supporting written program materials.
  • Write and refine all presentation scripts and event materials to ensure alignment with event goals, messaging, and narrative flow.
  • Serve as lead content and production director for regional events, overseeing on-stage programming and ensuring high-quality execution aligned with FIDF brand standards.
  • Direct live program flow, including timing, sequencing, cueing, rehearsals, and transitions, in coordination with AV and production teams.
  • Partner with senior leadership and National and Israel Office teams to ensure alignment of event structure, messaging, and storytelling.
  • Support development of video and multimedia content, acting as a liaison between creative vendors, editors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on end-to-end event planning, including venue coordination, vendor management, staffing, and budget support.
  • Capture and incorporate post-event learnings to continuously improve programming and execution.
  • Event Execution & On-Site Management:
  • Travel throughout the Western Region as required to support galas, donor events, and mission-critical programming.
  • Own the on-site event experience, integrating content, production, and logistics to deliver a cohesive and compelling donor journey.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for speakers and presenters, managing preparation, briefing, and on-site readiness.
  • Lead live event execution, with the capacity to serve as stage manager and show caller, directing cues, transitions, and program timing to ensure precise delivery and strong narrative flow.
  • Lead speaker rehearsals, providing real-time coaching on delivery, timing, and stage presence to ensure readiness for live presentation.
  • Vendor, AV & Logistics Coordination: 
  • Partner with the Senior Director, Chapter Directors, and Operations Manager to ensure event logistics are fully aligned with program needs and execution requirements.
  • Collaborate with AV teams, production consultants, and external vendors to ensure high-quality technical execution across all production elements, including audio, visual, lighting, staging, and media playback.
  • Oversee integration of content, logistics, and production into a cohesive live experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve real-time production or logistical issues to maintain program flow and quality.
  • Culture & Team Engagement: 
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence through strong preparation, accountability, organization, clear communication, and consistent execution.
  • Support cross-functional coordination across Senior Director, Chapter Directors, Operations, and National and Israel partners to ensure alignment on all event elements.
  • Strengthen internal engagement by proactively sharing updates, identifying cross-team needs early, and ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience:
  • 7-10+ years of experience supporting senior executives or C-Level executives and in leading large-scale events from inception to wrap-up.
  • Background in managing meeting preparation and calendar management.
  • Skills:
  • Capable of prioritizing business needs and making trade-offs across all stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to flawless task execution.
  • Technologically savvy with the Microsoft 365 platform (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to adapt to new applications and tools quickly.
  • A self-starter who can manage priorities with an adequate organizational system.
  • Possess discretion and sensitivity towards confidential information.
  • Professionally polished in internal and external interactions, displaying stability under pressure.
  • Committed to collaboration and teamwork.
  • Understand the adaptable nature of support work and are comfortable with being available as needed.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Regional and local travel is required.
  • Work as needed at events on nights and weekends.
