• Competitive two-year salary guarantee ($314,700-$335,000 at 1.0 FTE), including a signing bonus, with the ability to receive the greater of guarantee or production compensation

• Several practice locations to meet your needs and interest
• Outpatient only call with nurse triage as first point as contact
• Call is by phone, one week/year
• Collaboration with MTM Pharmacists, Care Coordination, Nurse Call Center, Diabetes Educators, Community Paramedics, and Social Workers
• No evening or weekend schedule requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Medical or Osteopathic School
• Completion of an accredited ABMS-approved Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Ability to obtain a Minnesota Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy license
• Valid DEA Registration
