Crossian is a high-growth technology-driven e-commerce business. As a start-up formed in 2020, we have created a fast-paced and dynamic environment, enabling our people to reach a cumulative average growth rate of over 1000% in the last 5 years.
The Operations System keeps the company running behind the scenes - systems for supply chain, suppliers, warehouses, logins, scheduling, and more, all built specifically for how Crossian works. Nothing here is off-the-shelf. The rules and workflows are custom-made, and they overlap a lot.
We need a PO who can look at a process, figure out what's actually necessary versus what's just an old habit, and decide what to keep and what to change. This job needs the carefulness of someone who's worked with real business systems - but also the creativity of someone who thinks like a product and design person, not just an engineer.
