The successful candidate will provide strategic, clinical, and academic leadership for all anatomic pathology services across multiple clinical sites within a large, complex academic health system. This individual will oversee anatomic pathology operations; advance subspecialty sign-out, integrated diagnostics, and precision medicine initiatives; and lead departmental efforts in quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Applicants must be board certified in Anatomic Pathology or AP/CP and eligible for an unrestricted medical license in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Academic rank, tenure status, and compensation will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and scholarly accomplishments; the compensation package is highly competitive.
