We’re seeking a highly skilled professional to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of launching the next wave of successful startups.

The Senior Data Scientist/Analyst will transform complex data into actionable insights that guide product, business, and venture-building decisions. This person will apply data science, machine learning, analytics, and data engineering practices to help teams identify opportunities, measure performance, and build scalable data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

→Develop analytical frameworks, models, and insights that support business intelligence, product strategy, and venture decision-making.
→Apply data science and machine learning methods to identify patterns, build predictive models, and solve complex business problems.
→Design and maintain data workflows that enable reliable data collection, transformation, analysis, and reporting.
→Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into clear analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
→Create dashboards, reports, and data narratives that communicate performance trends, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
→Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability across analytical and machine learning initiatives.

Strong ability to apply data science and machine learning techniques to real-world business and product challenges.
Experience developing analytics and business intelligence solutions that support strategic decision-making.
Working knowledge of data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, data transformation, and data reliability.
Proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
Strong SQL skills for querying, transforming, and analyzing structured data.
Experience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup or venture-building environment.
