We currently have a Home Care Worker opportunity to join our Hunter region team based in Cessnock.

Responsibilities

→Deliver individualised care using a person-centred approach as per client care plans
→Assist with personal care, medications, transport, and respite services
→Provide everyday living support such as domestic assistance, gardening, shopping, and meal preparation
→Complete accurate and timely reporting of client services
→Identify and report client risks via our incident management system

Certificate III in Individual Support and Aged Care (highly desirable)
Medication Assist qualified (highly desirable)
Current Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel
Registered and insured vehicle
Compassion, empathy, and a passion for helping others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Confidence in using technology
