The company is in an exciting expansion phase, moving from a strong prototype and product foundation into long-term scaling and product maturation.
They are now looking for a Senior IT Developer to join their cross-functional product team. In this role, you will do more than write code — you’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and domain experts to co-create valuable solutions for customers in life sciences and manufacturing.
The role is expected to become a central part of the future IT backbone of the company, where you will help shape both technical direction and ways of working as the organization grows. You will work in a highly collaborative environment with short decision paths, strong team culture, and close interaction with both management and product.
To have a good time working with our partner you need:
Expertise in C#, WPF, and .NET.
5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with a strong background in Windows applications.
A master's degree in a software-related field or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency with common development tools like Visual Studio, Azure
DevOps, and Git. Experience with MSTest is a plus.
Solid understanding of database management, specifically PostgreSQL, communication protocols such as COM and TCP/IP, and PLC programming
Experience in the life sciences is a major plus. We're specifically looking for someone with a background in software for laboratory equipment and an understanding of related regulatory requirements like 21 CFR part 11.
Strong communication and documentation skills, and fluency in English, with the ability to work independently.
Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and organized.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Mentor and support fellow engineers, contributing to a culture of
Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software for both lab
instrumentation and manufacturing systems—including hardware interfacing
and PLC integration.
Continuously improve our agile practices, not just following process but shaping it to maximize team flow and product impact. Facilitate knowledge sharing across engineering, product, customer support, and service teams to ensure alignment and resilience.
Work is on-site in Uppsala.
We look forward to hear from you!
