Available Internship Positions:

- Administrative & Business Intern (Admin / Sales Admin / Business Development / Marketing / Recruitment)

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily administrative tasks such as document organization, data entry, and client record management

- Support sales and business development activities, including client follow-ups, market research, and preparing presentations

- Participate in marketing initiatives such as social media content creation and promotional material design

- Assist in the recruitment process resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination

- Support the planning and execution of corporate training programs

- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree students majoring in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or AI-related fields are encouraged to apply

- Basic data handling skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva is an advantage

- Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong communication and teamwork skills

- Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin

- Able to commit at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 to 6 months
