We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive, Digital Marketing to support the marketing of our residential property developments, including both landed and high-rise projects. In this role, you will play a key part in driving brand visibility, generating quality property leads, and supporting sales performance through impactful digital marketing strategies. This position will work closely with internal teams to bring property projects to market and ensure campaigns are executed effectively from planning to performance analysis.

Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management

  • To Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for residential property projects.
  • Manage advertising across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop campaign strategies for project launches and marketing initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure smooth campaign execution.

2. Lead Generation and Sales Support

  • Drive qualified lead generation through targeted digital marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor lead performance and collaborate closely with the Sales team to improve lead conversion and achieve sales targets.
  • Track customer acquisition trends and recommend improvements based on campaign insights and market performance.

3. Content, Website and Social Media Management

  • Plan and manage digital content across websites, landing pages, and social media platforms.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
  • Maintain and optimize project websites and landing pages to improve user experience and conversions.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search performance.

4. Analytics and Performance Reporting

  • Campaign performance
  • Lead tracking and CRM monitoring
  • Lead conversion analysis
  • Market trends and competitor insights
  • Reporting to management

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, IT, and Project departments to ensure marketing activities are aligned with business and project objectives.
  • Ensure marketing materials and execution are aligned with project requirements and
    timelines.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience in property development (landed & high-rise) will be highly advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and digital analytics tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
