Remote Restaurant Design Specialist (Interior Design)

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer / Restaurant Design Specialist to join our team and support the design and documentation of restaurant, hospitality, and food & beverage projects. This is a highly production-oriented role for a designer who is passionate about creating exceptional dining environments and can confidently take projects from concept through detailed documentation.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in restaurant interior design, excellent technical skills, and is highly proficient in both Revit and Rhino.

• → Develop interior design concepts for restaurant and hospitality projects.
• → Produce high-quality design documentation and detailed drawing packages.
• → Create interior layouts, finish plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• → Develop 3D models and design studies using Revit and Rhino.
• → Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• → Ensure designs meet project requirements, brand standards, and operational needs.
• → Assist with material selection, FF&E coordination, and interior detailing.
• → Support projects throughout design development and construction documentation phases.

• Strong understanding of construction documentation standards and coordination workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary design teams.

• 5+ years of professional experience in interior design or interior architecture.
• Proven experience working on restaurant, food & beverage, hospitality, or dining-related projects.
• Strong understanding of restaurant planning, guest experience, back-of-house requirements, and operational considerations.
• Experience producing detailed construction documents and interior detailing packages.
• Ability to work independently and contribute in a fast-paced production environment.
• Experience working on U.S.-based projects.

• Revit (Mandatory) – advanced proficiency and daily production experience.
• Rhino (Mandatory) – strong modeling and design development capabilities.
• AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, Lumion, or similar visualization tools are a plus.
