Responsibilities
~1 min read- → Design and develop scalable, decoupled, and fault-tolerant software solutions
- → Analyze inter-system workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
- → Synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
- → Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- → Collaborate across departments to deliver reliable software solutions
- → Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- → Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- → Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
~1 min read- Willingness to contribute wherever needed to support broader company objectives
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or in final stages of completion)
- Master’s degree in a related discipline is a plus
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in software development
- Proficient in .NET and C#
- Strong experience with SQL
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming
- Experience with distributed systems and full-stack development
- Comfortable working in Agile development environments
- Architectural thinking and systems-level understanding
- Adaptability to new technologies and programming languages
- Timely and precise project execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit
- Fluency in English is required
