Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in IT project management
• Experience in management cross-functional tems of least 4-8 members;
• Upper-Intermediate+ English (written and spoken);
• Experience working with international clients (US, EU, Canada, Australia);
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
• Experience facilitating core Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives);
• Experience conducting product demos for clients (live or recorded);
• Experience with Time & Material project formats and a focus on delivering maximum value within budget constraints;
• Product-First Mindset: First of all you think about "Why" we are building a feature, not just "How";
• While managing multiple projects, prioritizing a larger one while efficiently handling smaller tasks. 

As a plus:

• Experience in managing mobile application development projects;
• Lean: Knowledge of Lean methodologies to help clients find Product-Market Fit;
• Design & UX Awareness: Familiarity with User Interface Guidelines (iOS/Android) to ensure products meet global user expectations;
• Technical Depth: You understand how the "engine" works under the hood, not just the dashboard;
• Data-Driven: Experience in Analytical tools (i.e. Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc);
• ClickUp Power User: You know how to make the tool work for the team, not the other way around.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the team of developers;
• Communication with the client following the company guides;
• Prepare and define projects' scope, schedule, and resource plans jointly with the team;
• Ensure clear communication and quality assurance with developers and testers;
• Achieve sprint and project objectives in terms of time and quality;
• Maintain active involvement in all project aspects, proactively seeking information and solutions;
• Adapt to varying team needs and contribute to a collaborative environment.
