We are looking for an intelligent, assertive, and determined person with two to three years' experience in industrial leasing to join an existing team in our Orlando, Florida office.

• →Managing database of contacts and real estate data

• →Survey markets for availabilities
• →Using online databases
• →Calling local listing brokers
• →Prepare and review proposals
• →Participate in lease/sale negotiations
• →Create marketing materials
• →Manage marketing process
• →Track responses and follow-up with interested parties

• Undergraduate Degree (business major/concentration preferred)
• Proven track record of leadership, drive, and success with 2 to 3 years' experience in industrial leasing
• Florida real estate license required
