Molding Technician - Day Shift (6:00am to 6:00pm)

US Conec is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Molding Technician to join our day shift team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you’ll support injection molding operations by setting up machines, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized production floor. You’ll work closely with the Shift Lead to execute daily tasks and contribute to a safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing environment.

• →Operate hydraulic lift and scissor lift table to move molds into injection molding machines
• →Set molds into machines using specialized equipment and controlled procedures
• →Follow Lock-Out Tag-Out protocols as applicable
• →Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Molding Floor through sweeping, mopping, and regular machine wipe-downs
• →Stock and organize molding cabinets and carts
• →Assist with additional molding floor and machine duties as directed by the Shift Lead

• High school education, or up to one month of related experience/training, or equivalent combination
• Strong aptitude for using hand and power tools and understanding machine operations
• Ability to follow written procedures and safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Willingness to work collaboratively and take direction
• Ability to stand for long shifts, bend, reach, and regularly lift 50 pounds or more
