Through our national network of premier fertility centers—including US Fertility—we combine clinical expertise, scientific innovation, and compassionate care.  The work we do building families offers purpose, challenge, and personal reward—and we’re just getting started.

We have an immediate opening for a Clinical Coordinator to join our remote team at US Fertility.

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern time zone
  • Compensation: $75,000 to $85,000 salary (commensurate with experience)

This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day.

At US Fertility, collaboration is fundamental to how we work.  There is undeniable strength in numbers—and support is always within reach.  Whether collaborating with more than 200 highly respected physicians nationwide or partnering with colleagues who are passionate about solving meaningful problems, you’ll be surrounded by a team committed to shared success.

In this role, the Clinical Coordinator will:

  • Review patient records to determine clinical eligibility for Fertility Access programs
  • Verify cycle starts, cycle outcomes, and treatment milestones that affect program status, refunds, and cycle counts
  • Assess clinical documentation for refund requests, exceptions, and appeals, and make or recommend determinations
  • Maintain accurate, timely records of clinical reviews and decisions
  • Serve as the clinical subject matter expert for all Fertility Access programs
  • Help define and update clinical criteria, protocols, and guidelines as programs are designed or revised
  • Monitor clinical trends and outcomes across programs and flag risks or opportunities to leadership
  • Support new program launches and practice rollouts with clinical input and readiness reviews
  • Act as the primary clinical contact for physicians, nurses, and clinical staff at partner practices
  • Resolve clinical questions and discrepancies between practice records and program requirements
  • Train practice clinical teams on program criteria and documentation needs
  • Advise Fertility Access team members, including patient concierge staff, on clinical questions affecting enrollment and patient communication
  • Develop clinical training materials and reference guides for internal staff
  • Support financial and actuarial analysis with clinical data and context
  • Ensure clinical work complies with HIPAA and applicable privacy and data-access policies

We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.
