Assistant Store Manager - Cotton On Opry Mills

As a Junior Retail Manager, you help lead the store day to day, supporting the Retail Manager to 
deliver strong customer experiences, commercial outcomes, and smooth operations. You set 
the standard on the floor, step in to run the store when needed, and support your team to 
perform at their best. You understand how the business is tracking and use that to guide 
decisions, balancing customer needs, team capability, and store priorities.
