About the Role

Proven experience in a Garment Technician role or similar technical position
Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit principles and garment measurement
Deep understanding of fabrics, fibres and material performance
Experience working with offshore suppliers to deliver quality outcomes
High attention to detail and accuracy across all stages of development
Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
Excellent stakeholder collaboration across Design, Buying, Production and Quality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Adobe/CAD highly regarded)
Strong initiative with commercial awareness and a passion for product
