Wholesale Clearance Lead - Marketplace Global Support Centre

We’re looking for a Wholesale Clearance Lead to join our Wholesale/Marketplace team on 12-month MAT leave contract at part time, 3 days per week where you'll play a key role in driving revenue through Cotton On’s wholesale clearance and off-price channel. You will manage a portfolio of domestic and international partners, developing strong relationships while identifying opportunities to maximise inventory outcomes across multiple brands.  

Combining commercial thinking with strong stakeholder management, you'll work closely with Planning, Merchandise and Supply Chain teams to align inventory availability with partner demand, negotiate trading opportunities, and deliver revenue growth. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys building partnerships, making data-driven decisions and finding creative solutions to unlock value from inventory. • Experience in wholesale, account management, merchandise planning, buying or B2B sales, ideally within apparel, FMCG, or consumer goods
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse inventory and identify trading opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow commercial partner accounts, with a track record of negotiating favourable trading terms
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.  
• Strong Excel and analytical skills, with experience using inventory or planning systems highly regarded.
• Exposure to clearance, outlet or off-price retail channels will be advantageous
