About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Advisor to join our People team on a 12 month fixed-term contract. In this role, you'll partner with leaders across the business to provide trusted generalist HR advice, helping to create a positive and high-performing team member experience.
Requirements

We're looking for someone who brings:
• 2–3 years' experience in a HR Generalist or HR Advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, modern awards, industrial instruments and employee relations practices.
• Proven experience managing employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, grievances and non-work-related injury or illness cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and provide clear, empathetic guidance to leaders and team members.
• Confidence coaching leaders through people-related matters while balancing compliance and commercial outcomes.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline (desirable).
