• →Learn and support day-to-day credit operations and customer account management.
• →Review account activity, payment history, and credit information to support credit decisions.
• →Assist with collections, account discrepancies, and customer credit-related questions.
• →Develop knowledge of financial information, risk assessment, and credit policies.
• →Partner with Sales, Operations, and other teams to understand how Credit supports the business.
• →Participate in rotational learning, coaching, and mentorship opportunities.
• →Take on increasing responsibility as knowledge and experience develop.

• Bachelor’s degree or expected degree completion prior to program start.
• Interest in a career in credit, finance, business, or management.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers and learning financial concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Collaborative, customer-focused, and willing to learn.
• Demonstrated initiative and interest in professional growth.
