Monarch/Swift, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic General Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position will be located in our Teterboro, NJ  location.  This is a 2nd shift position with a start time of 1pm.

• →Receive, verify, and store incoming materials accurately.
• →Pick, stage, and prepare orders for delivery or will-call with attention to detail.
• →Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, wire cutters) safely and efficiently.
• →Perform cycle counts, inventory checks, and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• →Tag and label materials, process shipping documentation, and assist with returns or discrepancies.
• →Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• →Support general warehouse duties and contribute to a safe, organized work environment.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Prior warehouse experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in variable warehouse conditions.
• Strong attention to detail, basic math and reading skills.
• Comfortable with ladders, forklifts, and handling physical tasks.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and able to follow instructions clearly.
• Forklift experience is strongly preferred.
