Visionary Electrical Solutions, an affiliate of USESI, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production Associate. The Manufacturing Production Associate is responsible for assembling, inspecting, packaging, and preparing products according to company procedures, production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to perform repetitive manufacturing tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

• →Report to the assigned workstation and be ready to work at 7:00 a.m.
• →Assemble products according to work instructions, drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
• →Operate approved hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely.
• →Measure, cut, strip, terminate, label, inspect, and package materials as assigned.
• →Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
• →Inspect materials and finished products for defects or nonconforming conditions.
• →Immediately report quality concerns, damaged materials, equipment problems, and safety hazards.
• →Meet established production, quality, and efficiency goals.
• →Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and protective gloves.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation using 6S principles.
• →Properly handle tools, equipment, components, and finished products.
• →Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, continuous improvement activities, and daily production meetings.
• →Assist other production areas when required by business needs.
• →Follow instructions provided by the production lead, supervisor, or manufacturing manager.
• →Perform other manufacturing-related duties as assigned. 

• Knowledge of basic manufacturing and assembly processes. 
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment. 
• Ability to accurately measure, cut, strip, terminate, label, and package materials. 
• Attention to detail when inspecting materials and finished products and completing required documentation. 
• Understanding of workplace safety procedures. 
• Communication and teamwork skills, including following directions and promptly reporting concerns. 
• Reliability, time management, and adaptability to perform repetitive tasks and meet production goals in a fast-paced environment. 
• Experience coordinating with production or manufacturing teams strongly preferred.
