Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related field).
- 5+ years of experience managing projects in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or similar).
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with product development and manufacturing processes.
- Advanced English skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead and manage end-to-end electronic product development projects.
- →Define project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- →Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain).
- →Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- →Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- →Communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- →Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
