Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related field).
5+ years of experience managing projects in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or similar).
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with product development and manufacturing processes.
Advanced English skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

→Lead and manage end-to-end electronic product development projects.
→Define project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
→Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain).
→Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
→Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
→Communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
→Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
