NON-BOM Sourcing
Job Description
"- Manager for sourcing, supplier development, pricing and negotiation for  equipment (cell and line) & Construction& Consumable
- Ability to evaluate and select suppliers, negotiate contracts and prices, evaluate supplier capabilities and technical levels
- Participate in projects, and complete project’s regular work independently to increase new RFQ hit rate.
- Understand market supply intelligence on responsible fields, Conduct cost scrub for new RFQ & Annual & Semi annual RFQ.
- Resolve equipment or critical material shortage.
- Conduct synergy activities among parties internally in group.
- Manage procurement agreement."
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or above.

- Proficiency in English and Madarin at 4 skills,
- 2–5 years of experience in bom-sourcer for EPE company
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross functional teams in a fast‑paced environment"
