Responsible for driving Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) initiatives and ensuring alignment between demand forecasts, production plans, and inventory strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in production material control (PMC) processes.
【Key Responsibilities】:
Develop, implement, and optimize S&OP processes to balance supply and demand effectively.
Consolidate sales forecasts, inventory policies, and production plans to support decision-making.
Analyze demand and supply data, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure execution of plans.
Prepare and maintain S&OP reports, dashboards, and KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory turnover).
Utilize ERP/MRP systems for data analysis and process improvement.
Participate in or lead S&OP-related projects, including system implementation and process reengineering.
【Qualifications】:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
8-10 years of experience in PMC, supply chain planning, or S&OP roles.
Strong knowledge of S&OP processes and supply chain principles.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
Good command of English for international collaboration.
