The Front Desk & Security Operations Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for all employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors entering USP facilities. This role combines front desk reception responsibilities with building security coordination to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. The position monitors facility access, supports security operations, oversees the performance of contracted security guard services, and responds to security and safety concerns. The incumbent works closely with Facilities, Operations, and external security providers to protect people, property, and organizational assets while delivering exceptional customer service.

As part of our mission to advance scientific rigor and public health standards, you will play a vital role in increasing global access to high-quality medicines through public standards and related programs. USP prioritizes scientific integrity, regulatory excellence, and evidence-based decision-making to ensure health systems worldwide can rely on strong, tested, and globally relevant quality standards.

Additionally, USP’s People and Culture division, in partnership with the Equity Office, invests in leadership and workforce development to equip all employees with the skills to create high-performing, inclusive teams.
