The Digital & Innovation group at USP is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer who can validate and deliver digital tech solutions.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ We are seeking someone who excels in digital innovation for building impactful data products across our ecosystem.

As part of our mission to advance scientific rigor and public health standards, you will play a vital role in increasing global access to high-quality medicines through public standards and related programs. USP prioritizes scientific integrity, regulatory excellence, and evidence-based decision-making to ensure health systems worldwide can rely on strong, tested, and globally relevant quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of our mission, commitment to excellence through inclusive and equitable behaviors and practices, ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders, along with the following competencies and experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in driving Quality Engineering initiatives across Functional Testing, Automation Testing, Performance Testing
• Good understanding of Performance Engineering methodologies
• Experience working with AI-enabled test automation frameworks and modern automation technologies such as Playwright.
• Ability to drive product-level quality strategies, release test planning, execution governance, integration testing, and quality reporting.
• Collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Engineering Leaders, Architects, Developers, and QA teams to drive continuous quality improvements across the product portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of modern Quality Engineering practices, including Shift-Left Testing, Test Automation, and CI/CD-driven quality processes.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new tools, technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to support evolving business requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence quality outcomes across cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and emerging technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Analytics or Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics) or equivalent experience.
