JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Swim Teacher, you’ll bring our proven Barron Swim School curriculum to life, guiding students from babies to advanced levels in staying safe in and around water and learning the four competitive strokes. This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to inspire confidence and build skills for life!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Put safety first, ensuring every student feels secure and supported in the pool
Bring the fun with big smiles, positive energy, and an animated teaching style—while gently correcting techniques
Follow our tailored lesson plans to help students hit milestones within our curriculum
Collaborate with mentors and leaders, soaking up guidance to grow your skills
Be a team player who lifts up colleagues and keeps the positivity flowing
Show up consistently for your schedule, giving students the stability they need to succeed

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Swim 30 feet with ease to lead by example
Lift up to 50 lbs to assist students as needed
Rely on sharp vision and hearing to keep every swimmer safe
Thrive during 4+ hours in a chlorinated pool
