The Legal Documents Specialist prepares, reviews, revises, and coordinates legal and corporate documents for the Company and its affiliated entities. The role covers internal agreements, corporate governance documents, legal correspondence, and client contracts. The specialist works with business teams to gather information, maintain accurate drafts, and coordinate review and execution with legal counsel and authorized signers.
Working schedule: 3PM-11PM (Monday-Friday)
