In this patient-facing role, you’ll often be the first point of contact—supporting providers, coordinating clinic flow, and delivering hands-on care that makes a real difference in patients’ lives.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including collecting histories, taking vital signs, and documenting accurately in the EMR
→
Support daily clinic operations by coordinating patient flow and preparing exam/procedure rooms
→
Work closely with providers to carry out clinical orders and ensure exceptional patient experiences
→
Assist with scheduling, admitting, and discharging patients
→
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment
→
Deliver culturally competent care while upholding HIPAA, Just Culture principles, and Vail Health values
