About the Role:

We are looking for experienced product engineering/development leader who could join our flagship product VLMS. If you are a technology leader and have passion to develop highly quality, scalable and performant enterprise products, we are eager to discuss with you about the potential role.

Responsible for architecture, design, development, quality and performance engineering

Provide technical and strategic leadership for one or more engineering teams

Ensure quality of product/module code bases and alignment with development standards

Head the development ofhighly complexapplication features, interfaces using C#, ASP .NET

Lead/Own the complete development life cycle

Review and recommend changes to the architecture/design/code

Own and be accountable for the Performance, Scalability, Reliability and Sustainability of the product modules

Guide the POCs/Technical Solution Approach using the combination of open source, closed source, commercial technology/toolset

Evaluate and recommend software development tools

Strive for self-excellence along with managing, coaching/mentoring, enabling success of the development/engineering teams

10+ years of product development experience with enterprise grade products

4+ years of hands-on and strategic experience in coaching, managing product engineering teams

Strong experience in ASP .NET with C#, MS SQL Server, Javascript, JQuery

Strong knowledge of Web Services, Web API, WCF, LINQ, IIS 7.0+

Experience in SSO integration using LDAP, ADFS, OKTA, PING

Experience in HTML5, XML, OOXML, XAML, WPF, CSS, Bootstrap

Experience in XSS, SSL, TLS, OWASP standards

Experience in DevExpress report, SSRS, Crystal Reports, BI Components

Knowledge of Code Quality, Code Monitoring, Performance Engineering, Test Automation Tools
