We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our ambulatory clinic team. Our RN plays an essential role in coordinating patient care, providing education and supporting treatment plans.

Responsibilities

→Provide nursing care coordination for challenging digestive diseases including:

→Inflammatory Bowel Disease (Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis)
→Hepatology patients with liver-related disorders
→Pancreatobiliary patients with pancreatic and biliary conditions
→General gastroenterology patients requiring ongoing management and follow-up

→Educate patients and families on disease processes, medications, procedures, and treatment plans
→Manage telephone triage, patient questions, medication coordination, and follow-up care
→Assist with biologic therapies, specialty medications, prior authorizations
→Promote evidence-based practice and excellent patient experiences

4x10 hour weekdays is available, candidate must be flexible to change schedule from time to time, based on department schedule needs.

Requirements

BSN - $36.76/hour to $54.06/hour
Valley View recognizes a 4% pay difference for (RN-ADN, BSN, MSN)
Annual Bonuses based upon organizational and individual.
Eligible for a $4,000 bonus after your first year and an additional $4,000 bonus after your second year. (Internal Candidates not eligible)
