As a CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift, you will play a key role in producing high-quality precision-machined products while supporting safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on machinist position focused on setup, operation, and quality production. It is not a lead or supervisory role.

You'll play a vital role in our manufacturing team by:

Setting up and operating CNC equipment to produce products that meet customer and quality requirements.
Reviewing drawings, inspection sheets, programs, and setup documentation to support production requirements.
Using precision measuring instruments and gauges to verify product quality.
Assisting with troubleshooting machining issues and improving manufacturing processes.
Supporting machine setup reductions, productivity improvements, and quality enhancements.
Working safely with forklifts, overhead lifting devices, and other manufacturing equipment as required.
Maintaining housekeeping, organization, and 5S standards throughout the work area.
Participating in continuous improvement activities and promoting a strong safety culture.
Performing other duties as assigned.

We're looking for candidates who are sharp, safety-focused, and ready to roll up their sleeves:

High school diploma or GED required.
CNC machining experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Proficiency using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and related inspection tools.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Ability to work overtime and support production demands as needed.
