• →Provide employees with the equipment, resources and training needed to implement changes effectively and efficiently to ensure quality.
• →Ensure trust and engage employees in the problem-solving process by actively listening to improvement ideas and the development of solutions.
• →Proactively address new ideas, technologies, standards and processes to meet constantly evolving customer requirements.
• →Guide expenditures to stay within budgets while meeting major growth objectives.
• →Monitor, measure and report on operational, engineering, quality, process and product issues, opportunities, development plans and achievements.
• →Keep current on new technology in order to continue to obtain maximum results and ROI.
• →Lead the Engineer's support of the Manufacturing teams, tools and processes to cooperatively meet our quality and productivity goals.
• →Performs other duties as assigned.
