→Follow all state, federal and local employment laws/all Vanguard work rules, policies and procedures
→Be a willing contributor in all continuous improvement, training and other workplace programs

The employee uses production equipment. Specific vision requirements of this job include close vision and distance vision.

Basic level of proficiency in computer systems

English (reading, writing, and verbal)

General Math Skills and ability

Basic level of proficiency in computer systems

Demonstrated self-management and problem solving skills.

Detail oriented, accuracy and thoroughness required.

Ability to prioritize and organize several activities to meet daily requirements.

Ability to work overtime when needed.

Demonstrated ability to follow manufacturing processes and procedures required.

Demonstrated ability to interface with multiple levels of personnel throughout manufacturing required.

Strong attention to detail.

Effectively manipulate extremely small and/or fragile components and tools.

Ability to use visual aids, complicated drawings to verify quality products.

Communicate in person, over the phone, email, internet or in writing in a positive and professional manner at all times

Ability to work with minimal supervision and make productive use of time

Ability to read, write and communicate English.

Ability to perform accurate mathematic calculations ( add, subtract, divide)

Ability to understand and adhere to all Vanguard’s policies, processes and workplace guidelines.
