REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates will have substantial patent litigation experience, including managing fact and expert discovery, drafting and arguing substantive motions, taking and defending depositions, preparing witnesses, supporting trial teams, and developing case strategy. Candidates should possess a strong technical background in chemistry, organic chemistry, small molecules, or a related discipline.

Experience litigating matters involving small molecules, polymers, or life sciences technologies is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional written and oral advocacy skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to manage significant client responsibilities while working collaboratively in a team environment. A related advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) is preferred. USPTO registration is a plus but not required.
