The Role:  We are seeking a strategic, customer-focused, technically curious, detail oriented, and execution driven Product Manager to join our Atlas product team. This is a highly hands-on product ownership role spanning product management, implementation, acceptance testing, deployment support, product tuning, and ongoing optimization. The group manages our AI security product roadmap, feature definition, cross-functional execution, customer feedback, and delivery of product capabilities that help organizations secure AI systems and the data that powers them.

The Location: We are considering candidates who are able to work onsite, located within physical proximity to Vancouver, BC.

The Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience, preferably in cybersecurity, data security, AI, SaaS, enterprise software, or another technical B2B product area
• Proven experience acting as a product owner, including defining product requirements, prioritizing work, managing a roadmap, and driving features from concept through release
• Strong ability to translate customer needs, market trends, and business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and development priorities
• Experience working closely with engineering teams, including regular developer check-ins, sprint planning support, tradeoff discussions, and release coordination
• Ability to test product features, validate expected behavior, identify gaps, and help define QA test plans before release
• Strong customer-facing skills, with experience gathering feedback from customers, prospects, sales, customer success, and support teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make practical decisions in a fast-moving environment
• Self-starter who is comfortable owning ambiguous problems, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution across multiple teams

The Responsibilities:

• Own product initiatives from discovery through release, including defining requirements, success criteria, user flows, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
• Serve as the product owner for assigned features, ensuring engineering, design, QA, sales, and customer-facing teams understand the intended customer value and expected behavior
• Work closely with developers throughout implementation by answering questions, reviewing progress, clarifying requirements, and helping resolve tradeoffs
• Partner with QA to define test plans, review feature behavior, validate releases, and ensure delivered functionality meets product requirements
• Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to collect feedback, understand pain points, validate product direction, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Prioritize product work based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment
• Collaborate with design to create intuitive workflows and user experiences for complex technical products
• Support go-to-market readiness by helping prepare release notes, enablement materials, product documentation, and internal training
• Monitor feature adoption, customer feedback, and product performance to inform future roadmap decisions
